Yoga at
schools

Adopting the principles of yoga and meditation from a young age is beneficial in many ways. It allows our youth to learn how to be present in their body, mind, and spirit. It cultivates positive mental health, self-image, and calmness of the mind.

It's all about empowering and enhancing students, teachers and staff's well-being. Nat enjoys holding space within the school grounds, whether it be for teachers well-being weeks or yoga classes for students.  The Zen In Me sessions are created to allow those  to carve out a little time for mindfulness, whilst instiling strength, love and peace.

Billy Kids Early Leaning Centre

It's always a privilege to  teach yoga to kids. Their energy and creativity makes for a fun yoga session, every time!
Nat has run a few yoga sessions including a short meditation and some fun yoga stretches @billykids early learning centre.

Glebe Public School

The Zen In Me has offered yoga to a number of school teachers across Sydney schools, including the wonderful Glebe Public School. Specifically for schools 'well-being weeks'. Nat has run gentle slow-flow yoga sessions which have allowed teachers to unwind, release any physical and mental tension / stress and uplift their energy.

Cromer High School

The Zen In Me has had the privilege of running  yoga for the beautiful school teachers for their 'well-being' day.  The true highlight of well-being days  at such schools, is seeing  teachers glowing faces and uplifting energy after savasana.
Following yoga for 'well-being' day, Nat was invited and welcomed the opportunity to come back to Cromer High School to run a number of holistic yoga sessions for the teaches.

“Beautiful flow, easy pace to follow for beginners and returning yogi's. Thank you!"
