Yoga for the
community
Nat was swept away by the beautiful landscape in the Northern Beaches and so settling in this part of the world with her little family was a given. With a lifelong love and passion for yoga, Nat was inspired to share The Zen In Me with the local community and surrounding areas. She has run yoga sessions for various community groups, focusing her energy and drive on supporting disadvantaged communities including women's shelters and people working through trauma or mental health conditions.


Yoga for
Women & Children First
The Zen In Me offers holistic yoga sessions that supports women when they need it most @wacf .
Nat connects on a deeper level to better understand the individual needs and goals of the women at the shelter. Through yoga, meditation, wellness tips and mindfulness the women are empowered to live life at their best, minimising stress, anxiety and self-doubt from their mindset.
Headspace
Working with the team at Headspace, Nat has run yoga sessions for the wonderful staff and team @headspace Chatswood.
A Zen Empowerment Workshop was also designed and created for the youth to uplift their energy, wellbeing and authentic beautiful self through a warm and grounding yoga flow, short meditation/ breath practice and empowerment talk and tools for developing self-connection, self-belief, resilience and confidence .



Northern Beaches Women's Shelter
Nat has worked and volunteered time to the wonderful women @nbws_org
Northern Beaches Women's Shelter is a beautiful community and charitable organisation that does amazing work for the women across Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Through regular inspiring yoga sessions, Nat has empowered, instilled self-love, peace and hope to the women at the shelter.
